Restaurant notes: Fathom this

*Monday (2/7) is the projected debut of Fathom, Mike Stollenwerk's seafood/tap at Girard Avenue and Shackamaxon Street in Fishtown.

This draft of the menu shows the promised raw bar and oyster shooters, as well as such bar  pairings as cod pierogis, peekytoe crab fritters, Fathom fries (which sound like poutine), fried crab Louie, fish tacos, oyster pot pie and swordfish schnitzel.

Beer list contains 10 on tap plus a couple dozen cans and bottles.
