Pizzeria Vetri in King of Prussia closes temporarily to change menu

The ceiling at Pizzeria Vetri in King of Prussia is festooned with lights.

The Pizzeria Vetri location in King of Prussia is closed till April 1, as the kitchen is configured to accommodate a menu change.

Round, Napolitano pizzas are on the way, putting this location in line with the others.

In short, they tried to put a square peg in a round hole.

KoP opened last September with only square pizza al taglio, in addition to the Vetri roll-up creation, the rotolo, salads, and beverages. Crowds, however, were calling for the familar pies. The new menu will include round and square pizzas.

A round oven is being installed, and with that comes additional training.
