Philadelphia Police Officer Richard Bowes is a finalist for the "America's Most Wanted" All-Star award.

Bowes was wounded in a North Philly gunfight with the killer of Sgt. Patrick McDonald on Sept. 23, 2008. As the killer stood over him, preparing to reload, Bowes got off five shots and killed the gunman.

There's a Facebook fan page here. Voting, which ends Monday, is here. Winner receives $10,000 and a trip to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series All-Star Race.
