Brisket and mac and cheese are top-sellers out of the gate.

The Inquirer's Rick Nichols weighs in today on Percy Street, the new BBQ spot at Ninth and South Streets.

In its first week, brisket has been the No. 1 seller – more than 100 briskets, which equals about 500 pounds. 

Top-selling side was mac and cheese – 400 orders in Week #1.
