Nobody better mug John DeBella
The WMGK morning man plans to walk around Independence Hall tonight to prove a point.
WMGK morning host John DeBella promises to walk around Independence Hall from 6 to 7 p.m. today (1/19) with cash hanging out of his pockets.
He wants to counter talk-show host Glenn Beck's claims on Tuesday that the area is "the killing streets."
DeBella is confident that he won't encounter any problems.
In today's Inquirer, I quote Police Lt. Ray Evers, who countered Beck's assertion by saying that the area is probably among the safest in the city, if not the country, because of the constant police presence.
