New trailer for Mumia Abu-Jamal documentary

On the eve of the 28th anniversary of the slaying of Police Officer Daniel Faulkner, filmmaker Tigre Hill has unleashed a second trailer for his documentary The Barrel of a Gun.

This trailer -- to be posted to the film's Web site tomorrow but available below -- focuses on Faulker and his widow's fight to preserve justice for her husband.

Onetime Philly radio reporter Mumia Abu-Jamal was convicted of the killing after a car stop at 13th and Locust Streets.

Hill says the film will premiere sometime in February. Last month, Hill announced that the film was being re-edited to accommodate a "rare new insight" about the case.
