Missanelli apologizes for profanity on Fox29

The sports talker didn't know his mic was on when he complained about a technical issue.

Sports-talk host Mike Missanelli apologized on Fox29's late newscast Wednesday for letting loose with profanity on the TV station during the newscast around dinnertime.

Missanelli, whose radio show airs on 97.5 the Fanatic, wrapped a TV segment from his studio with Fox anchor Thomas Drayton.

The camera had just cut away when he became upset about the volume of his monitor.

He spouted two of the seven words you can't say on television before Fox realized the mic was live.

Missanelli said he didn't know that he was on the air. His radio show was in commercial at the time.
