Lil' Pop Shop closes its South Street store

Jeanne Chang says she has shut down the Queen Village outpost of Lil' Pop Shop.

Change says the popsicle store - open less than six months at 534 S. Fourth St., just off South -  was vexed by foul odors from elsewhere in the building. This was hurting business, she said. The building owner was not reachable for comment.

While she looks for a new location, she is still working out of her West Philadelphia flagship and will restart her truck next spring.
