Korea-style tacos, served off a truck, has become all the rage in New York, as the trend made its way east from L.A.

I don't know of any trucks in Philly. Ansill in Queen Village, whose line cook Ann Miller is Korean American, does 'em with shortribs or braised pork belly with sweet-and-spicy Korean chili sauce. They're new on the happy-hour menu (6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays) for $5 a pop.
