Q102's Joey Brooks hosted an appearance Tuesday at Cherry Hill Mall by actors Charlie Bewley and Daniel Cudmore of the movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
What the thousand screaming fans didn't know is that Brooks had just given notice at the station.
The afternoon DJ, who also serves as Q102's assistant program director and music director, told the radio trades that he is bound for CHUM in Toronto and will start there doing afternoons Dec. 1.
He started at Q in 2006.
