'Jersey Shore' comes inland
The show may be over, but the 15 minutes drag on.
'Jersey Shore' comes inland
Michael Klein, Philly.com
Something like 2,000 people showed up at McFadden's on Third Street near Callowhill late Friday night for an appearance by Ronnie Magro and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola from MTV's Jersey Shore, which wrapped its first season Thursday.
Fist-pumps all around.

Why are we failing as a society? You are lookin' at it. OldSouthPhilly- Wonder what the legal capacity of McFadden's is? Sure not 2,000 people. Smokey

- There's nothing wrong with these kids. A lot of kids are stupid and shallow. Some of them grow up. What's wrong is the way the adult producers of shows like this manipulate these kids, then use their corporate control of the airwaves to put the kids in front of millions of viewers. And that people then watch. Don't blame the kids for all that.
Where was J WOWWWWWWWW and the wowzers! It was a reality show, somewhat scripted, these kids are enjoyng and cashing in on their 15 minutes of fame. Hopefully they're getting good advice and not going to end up in a gutter and broke! You don't like it, don't watch. Don't like them, then don't show up. When is the last time 2 people showed up to see you, Smokey? Let alone 2000? KING~out IamtheKING

Michael Lohan is dating Kate Major, not Hailey Glassman. (Although Hyou are right that both Hailey and Kate are BOTH Jon Gosslein's ex-girlfriends, he is dating Kate Major). kvelardi88
