Jasmine Rice - that understated Thai BYOB on 16th Street near Spruce - is opening a second location within a couple of weeks at 224 Market St. in Old City.
That's the former home of Red Sky, next to Mac's Tavern.
Owner Tom Jamavan says this Jasmine Rice will be much like the original, which opened in September 2011 in the space that previously housed Warsaw Cafe.
