Is there a diamond in your pocket?

Union Trust's Valentine's Day promotion has ended, and there's a real rock out there.

Union Trust steakhouse (717 Chestnut) ran a Valentine's promotion two weekends ago, and the winner is still at large.

Each couple dining at the restaurant was allowed to select a rock from a bowl filled with 1,000 cubic zirconias and one 60- to 80-point diamond. The couple could then show up at Safian & Rudolph Jewelers, a block away, to have the rock verified.

Over the weekend, Safian & Rudolph picked up the bowl, which had about 100 rocks left.

All were CZs. The diamond was taken.

It's out there: in someone's car, purse or pocket, or possibly was identified as a diamond by another jeweler.

If it's identified at Safian & Rudolph, the winner gets a free lunch.
