Keith Garabedian of the South Street hot dog emporium Hot Diggity is opening a shoppe in Birmingham, England.

Zagat's Danya Henninger writes that Garabedian was approached by a restaurateur from the United Kingdom to try an expansion.

Garabedian, whose tentative name is Big Dog, is tinkering the menu to British tastes and will import his wurst from Germany.
