Honeygrow coming to Penn campus, elsewhere

Justin Rosenberg and partners have just put their pens down from signing three additional locations, including one across from Wharton.

One of the great success stories has been Honeygrow, the stir-fry/salad specialist that only opened its first location - on 16th Street in Center City - less than three years ago.

Justin Rosenberg and partners have just put their pens down from signing three additional locations, which are expected to open this year. In addition, a lease was signed recently for 120 Washington St. in Hoboken, N.J.

One will be at 3731 Walnut St. on the University of Pennsylvania campus, across from Penn's Wharton School.

A second will be at 58 E. Main St. in Newark, Del., and third will be at 5609 Concord Pike in Wilmington.

These three new spots will make a total of eight locations for the startup, which also has homes in Bala Cynwyd, Radnor, and Cherry Hill.

All are built with locally and sustainably sourced materials - just like the food.

The Hoboken location is expected to open this summer, while the Delaware and Penn campus locations should be ready this fall.
