Get to Verdad in Bryn Mawr on Sundays, where West Philly's Zach Womack is running the kitchen on owner Nick Farina's night off.

Womack, seemingly the front-runner on the current season of Hell's Kitchen on Fox, left his line cook's job at The Cambridge not long ago for the Main Line.

Womack's bill of fare on Sunday, April 14 - offered in addition to the regular menu - looks like this:
