Green Eggs Cafe, the popular brunch/luncherie, has signed a deal for its fourth Philly location.

It will open this summer in the Union Plaza building on 18th Street just south of Market.

The new Green Eggs will be two doors from the forthcoming Tria Wine Garden (31 S. 18th St.), due this spring. A patio has just been completed out front.

Besides locations in South Philadelphia, Washington Square West, and Northern Liberties, there is a Green Eggs in the Miami area.

Steve Perna of Perna Frederick represented Green Eggs; Nick Quinn of CBRE represented the landlord.
