Green Eggs Cafe opening in Wash West

The bruncherie Green Eggs Cafe has been on a roll since its January 2010 premiere at 1306 Dickinson St. in South Philly. (See LaBan review here.)

A Northern Liberties sibling followed eight months later, and now owners William Bonforte, Stephen Slaughter and Andrew Zuccarini have signed a lease for a third location, sharing the building of the child-friendly Nest gym at 1301 Locust St., former home of Signatures.

Slaughter says they don't yet have a timeline for the opening.

The partners are also developing an American bar called Stateside at 1526 E. Passyunk Ave.
