Garces: Rosa Blanca is 3 weeks away; Volver is delayed

Jose Garces got on Twitter today to say that his Cuban diner, Rosa Blanca, will open sometime the week of Dec. 2 at 707 Chestnut St.

Jose Garces got on Twitter today to say that his Cuban diner, Rosa Blanca, will open sometime the week of Dec. 2 at 707 Chestnut St.

His camp also emailed to say that Volvér - his private atelier at the Kimmel Center - has been delayed till January.
