The Freehouse on the North Wayne Avenue strip in downtown Wayne -- which went as Mims Food + Drink for five months during the reign of John Mims and his son Jon -- is back in business as The Freehouse again. It was reflagged last week.

You can get a taste of the drama here and here.

John Mims is now in Phoenixville and his son is in New Orleans

Chef is Brett Naylor, who worked for Mims at the late Les Bons Temps in Center City. Here's his menu; he says he's adapting the Slow Food movement.
