In one of the stranger promos I've heard of, today starting at noon, Tidy Cats and its PU Patrol will buy cheesesteaks for the first 100 people at Geno's and Pat's Steaks at Ninth and Passyunk.
Tomorrow, the PU Patrol will unveil an outdoor classroom for Watson T. Comly School students and faculty.
