Fish's Stollenwerk has a Beard date

And here's the menu.

Mike Stollenwerk of fish (1708 Lombard St.) has a cheffing date with the James Beard House in NYC.

It's Aug. 25, and Palateur Imports will sponsor the wine program. The price has not been set; it's not yet on the James Beard site.
