Fink's hoagies giving away a diamond ring
Dennis Fink and his jeweler-neighbor, Joe Bonfiglio, are working together on the promo.
Diamond shoppers look for the "four C's": cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
In the hoagie business, the four C's are capicola, cheese, calories, and carbs.
The point here is that Dennis Fink of Fink's, the hoagie shop tucked behind a jewelry store on Jewelers Row, is running a promo with his neighbor Joe Bonfiglio of American Jewelers. Both share the address 132 S. Eighth St.
Buy a hoagie from Fink's - which itself is built on a baguette worth bragging about - and get a coupon to enter a drawing for a diamond ring. Fill out the coupon and go next door to American to enter.
Bonfiglio says the ring has 35 points of diamonds in an antique-y white gold setting. It's a new ring, he says. The price tag reads $796.
Drawing will be 4 p.m. Dec. 21.
