Fellini Cafe in Ardmore was closed by Montgomery County district court over liens.

Main Line Times writes that owner Giuseppe D’Alto has three judgments against him - each for $12,130.31 - for unpaid rent.

My own review of Montgomery County records shows that the IRS has filed three liens totaling nearly $50,000, and the state Revenue Department alleges that the business owes more than $14,000.

I could not reach D'Alto for comment.

Note that this Fellini is unrelated to the other Fellini restaurants in the western suburbs.
