Here are more details on Daniel Stern's next restaurant, which I hinted at this morning.

He's going into Science Center at 3711 Market St. with a "modern taproom celebrating the culinary roots of the mid-Atlantic region."

Name: MidAtlantic.

Price point: Accessible.

Opening: Early fall -- before R2L at the Residences at Two Liberty.

More details (7/15): "MidAtlantic will celebrate the intersection of the region's Pennsylvania Dutch cooking and the produce market stalls that ran from the top of Market Street to the banks of the Delaware River in the 1700s. The restaurant will feature live music Thursday-Sunday evenings.
