A shop specializing in crème brûlée?

You bet your sweet circonflexe.

I'll have more on this as it develops, but business partners Scott Molski and chef Michael Kritzman are working to secure an Old City storefront for their dessertery, C'est Brûlée, where they'll sell the creamy, caramel-lidded dessert, as well as flan and other specialties.

Right now, they're working on securing commercial accounts - restaurants and retailers that will carry their creations.
