Costume fun

A couple of random Halloween sightings:

And that's U.S. Rep. Bob Brady in clerical attire at Saturday's wedding of socialites Sabrina Tamburino and Steve Thorne at the Bellevue. Though held on Halloween, it wasn't a costume party, and Brady explained to me that he had permission to wear the collar. He's (presumably) hearing a confession from City Councilman Jim Kenney.
