Christmas music on the radio ... before Halloween?!

Do you hear what I hear?

Christmas music on the radio, though it's on HD Radio, which few listeners have.

You can hear B101 (WBEB) at 101.1-2 FM.

Greater Media, the radio group that owns WMMR, WBEN, WMGK, and the Fanatic sports-talk stations on AM and FM, has it going on 97.5-2 FM, the Fanatic's FM HD-2 channel.

If you don't have an HD radio, Greater Media is streaming here.

This isn't an early-bird record. Last year, CBS started playing Christmas music on WOGL's HD-2 station back on Oct. 16.

B101 will start Christmas music sometime in November on its regular 101.1 station.
