Pastry chef Monica Glass at work at Fish.

A second locally sourced member of the Le Bernardin team that opened 10 Arts at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is leaving Philly.

Pastry chef Monica Glass, who went on to Fish after 10 Arts, is headed to Boston to become executive pastry dhef for Ken Oringer at Clio and Uni, She did a tasting two weeks ago,

The West Chester-raised Glass followed the Northeast Philly-bred restaurant chef Jennifer Carroll out of the door. Carroll is opening a restaurant in New York City.

Jenn Carroll coming soon to a food truck near you. New York? Really? It takes more than a nice rack and an attitude to make it. Upside - can always make hoagies @ WaWa
