Center City District sets dates for fall Restaurant Week

It's Sept. 15-20 and Sept. 22-27.

The fall edition of Center City District Restaurant Week - marking its 10th anniversary - has been set for Sept. 15-20 and Sept. 22-27.

Amid the hundred-plus restaurants offering three-course, $35 dinners (and some with $20 lunches) are two newcomers: Ocean Prime, the luxe steak/seafood house under construction at 15th and Sansom Streets, and Little Nonna's, the homespun Italian that Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran are hammering out at 1234 Locust St.

Ocean Prime, incidentally, just pushed its opening a week back, to Sept. 9.

A bunch of hard-to-book spots also offer the specials on Saturday, Sept. 21 - notably 10 Arts, Amada, Davio's, Estia, Garces Trading Co., Jane G's, Nineteen (XIX),  Percy Street, Prime Rib, R2L, Supper, Tequilas, Tinto and Zahav. Just about all of the restaurants are on OpenTable.

The Center City District says that more than one million people have dined on CCDRW specials over the 10 years.
