Thomas Cipriano, 43, of North Wales, is in more hot water for allegedly skipping out on another personal appearance.
Plymouth Township (Montgomery County) Police arrested him on Thursday.
On April 14, 2009 a Cheltenham Township business owner contacted police to report that in December 2008, Cipriano signed a contract to make an appearance on Feb. 22. He didn't show up.
He has been charged with the following violations of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code:
3922 Theft by Deception (Misdemeanor, 1st degree)
3925 Receiving Stolen Property (Misdemeanor, 1st Degree)
4107 Deceptive or Fraudulent Business Practices (Misdemeanor, 1st Degree)
Police said he was arraigned and has been remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 bail. He was still in custody this morning.
Cipriano turned himself in to police in February to face a fourth-degree theft charge. A restaurateur in Bethlehem Township, N.J., said she paid him $350 to come out and he never showed.
His Web site says his 2009 appearances have been canceled due to personal issues.
