Cancelliere makes another move
A month after closing his BYOB, Pat Cancelliere has a new job.
A month after closing his Italian Market BYOB 943, Pascual "Pat" Cancelliere has a new job.
But it won't be for long.
He's now sous chef at Bainbridge Street Barrel House (Sixth and Bainbridge Streets), working with executive chef Eric Paraskevas.
Expect some of Cancelliere's Italy-meets-Argentina cuisine to turn up on the specials.
If their collab cooking is anything like their individual Twitter feeds (@cheftoro @943byob), this will be mighty interesting.
Update: Screech! Cancelliere now tells me that he has given his two weeks. He's bound for Morgan's Pier, where he will assist George Sabatino.
