The announcement won't be made till next week, but the new cheesesteak vendor in Ashburn Alley at Citizens Bank Park will be Campo's Deli, the family-run shop in Old City with an outpost in the Wachovia Center. The deal is for one year. The menu will include cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks and a sandwich called “The Heater” -- a spicy hot cheesesteak with pepper jack and hot sauce.

Geno's and Rick's have had the concession previously.

awesome! its about time Campo's gets more recognition for their delicious sandwiches. I'd take a Campo's cheesesteak over Geno's, Rick's, Pat's, or Jim's anyday! Here's one more reason to go to the ballpark!

Bad move. Campo's cheesesteaks are not that good. Overrated.

I love Campo's! So happy to hear the news and that they got rid of those other greasy places. Looking forward to trying them at the ballpark.

I have lived in Philadelphia my whole life and had a cheese steak at all the big name places, Campo's is by far the BEST. Finally we can enjoy the Phillies and have the best steak around....Great move, can't wait till opening day.
