Buy Brian Dawkins' house

POSTED: Thursday, July 16, 2009, 3:43 PM

Seven-time Pro Bowler and former Eagle Brian Dawkins is with the Denver Broncos now, and so his house in Voorhees is on the market.

He's asking $555,000 for the four-bedroom Colonial on less than a third of an acre. He and his wife, Connie, paid $293,626 for the house in 1998, according to Camden County records.

They have moved up. Way up.

In May, they bought a new, 5,700-square-foot four-bedroom on a 1.6-acre lot in Parker, Colo., for $1.3 million, according to Douglas County records. The sales description boasted mountain views.

Best that the Dawkinses could do in Voorhees was Kresson Road.

Their Realtor is Tammi Trotter, wife of former Eagles star Jeremiah Trotter.

As an Eagles and Clemson fan, I love B-Dawk. And to answer your question simply 'Fuh Cough'... No. I couldn't care less about him selling his house. Next topic...

Thing I've always wondered about some athletes...if you're playing for a Philly team, doesn't it look bad for the pride of the city when you cant find a spot in the city or the afluent suburbs? What does that say about his opinion of the city?

5700 square feet house. Good to see that football players are concerned about energy use and climate change.

Love the guy by why would he go for a house for that amount in a state where real estate is dropping like a lead baloon and he won't be there past this year.
