Bourse food court on "Dinner: Impossible"

Sept. 9's episode of the Food Network series is set on Independence Mall.

The Food Network's Dinner: Impossible series has a few Philly-set episodes this season.

Sept. 9's is called "Food Court Fiasco," as the Bourse (on Fifth Street across from Independence Mall) has "given its employees the day off." It starts at 10 p.m.

Chef Robert Irvine enlists Lisa Bass, Lenny Balestrieri and Jim Ator of the Kaiserman Co., which manages the building, as sous chefs to create 36 food-court dishes to feed 300 tourists.

The one-hour episode was shot June 27-28.
