Bobby Flay wins a burger prize

He's offering the burger on his menu this week.

Bobby Flay beat more than 20 chefs competing last week at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival to win the people's choice award at the fete's Burger Bash.

Flay's green chile cheeseburger - a griddled beef patty topped with queso sauce, roasted green chiles, pickled red onions and "crunchified" with a layer of potato chips - also won the same prize at the New York version of the festival.

He will sell the burger this week as a special at all 13 of his Bobby's Burger Palace eateries, including University City and Cherry Hill.
