Bobby Flay is opening a second Bobby's Burger Palace in the Philly area.

He's signed on for Cherry Hill Mall, where the casual concept will join the region's first Grande Lux Cafe, which is Cheesecake Factory's higher-end brand. (Think Venetian carnival.)

He opened a BBP at Penn (3925 Walnut St.) in April 2010.

BBP,  in the old Cold Stone Creamery next to Bahama Breeze, is targeted for November. Grand Luxe, between Bahama Breeze and Maggiano's, is up for first quarter 2012.

I finally figured out what happens to all of Bobby's horses that fail at the track. $12.00 hamburgers.
