The Blue Horse, which sat for 5½ years (and a couple management changes) in the fieldstone building at the intersection of Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike and Skippack Pike in Blue Bell, has shut down.

Management has posted a goodbye note.

Next up, I hear: A branch of Domenico's in Ventnor, which impressed my colleague Craig LaBan in his spring round-up of Shore eateries. It's about a month away. Owner Nicola Domenico formerly was chef at Ventnor's Red Room Cafe

Italian worked pretty well at the location from 1988 to 2003 as Marabella's.
