Bertolini's -- which opened in 1995 in the expansion of the Plaza at King of Prussia -- is toast, effective today.

Calls are being forwarded to Morton's Restaurant Group's corporate office.

Morton's has one Bertolini's left, in West Las Vegas, as well as a former Bertolini's now called Trevi at the Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas.

In its conference call last week, Morton's reported a 19.8% decline in overall earnings to $68.7 million for the second quarter, compared with the second quarter 2008.
