Beauty Shop Cafe at 20th and Fitzwater Streets went dark over the spring.

Matt Swartz, owner of Farmer's Cabinet, swooped in right away, describing grand plans to reopen it as a serious coffee destination.

But those plans went nowhere, and now the property is being marketed.

Jacqueline Balin of Fameco, who is bullish on the Graduate Hospital/Washington Avenue corridor, says: "We are looking for a high-quality operator who will be an asset to the community. It is a fantastic corner in the best neighborhood in the city."
