Citadel Federal Credit Union has paid $2,995,000 for the property at 522 King Rd. in Paoli that until last summer housed Basil restaurant.

Binswanger, the real estate company, said the sellers, a partnership between Martin Grims and Scott Morrison, "plan to focus their brand in alternative markets." Grims' holdings include Tango, Nectar, the Moshulu, and Du Jour Market, and he's developing a restaurant at Two Commerce Square.

Citadel will occupy the space at the end of the year, says Binswanger.
