Bar coming to Third St. in Old City
The operators also own Fishtown Tavern.
Early word of plans for a plan for a bar in Old City:
There's no name yet, but the storefront at 45 S. Third St., which was The Irish Pol before it moved to Market Street (and next to the new Little Lion), will host a spot from Curt Large and Josh Shemesh.
The men are business partners in Fishtown Tavern. Shemesh is general manager of Buffalo Billiards, also in Old City, which Large is a part-owner.
Large, unsure of the timeline, says the vibe will resemble that of Fishtown Tavern.
