Now open: Smokey Pint in Bridesburg

It's the brick-and-mortar outpost of Sean Parker's Oink & Moo BBQ food trucks.

June 9 is the opening date of Smokey Pint, the brick-and-mortar outpost of Sean Parker's Oink & Moo BBQ food trucks.

You set the GPS to 2549 Orthodox St. in Bridesburg, a couple of turns off I-95's Aramingo exit and next to a commissary used by a dozen food trucks.

Parker is partnered with commissary owners Craig and Chad Weizer.

It's appropriately rustic with seating for about 40, and counter service.

Menu (see image) is simple and budget-priced, including pulled-pork sliders for $8.50, brisket sliders for $9.50; an order of three tacos for $8; and a baby-back platter with coleslaw and cornbread for $12.

Six beers on draft ($3 to $4.50 per) are augmented by fridges bearing five dozen bottles and cans.
