Aqua opening a second location, in Center City

The reliable Malaysian/Thai is expected to open later this month at 120 S. 15th St., the tiny storefront alongside the parking garage at 15th and Sansom Streets.

After seven years at Seventh and Chestnut Streets, Aqua owner Jimmy Tran is branching out.

A Center City branch of Aqua, a reliable Malaysian/Thai, is expected to open later this month at 120 S. 15th St., the tiny storefront alongside the parking garage at 15th and Sansom Streets.

(The place should have a revolving door installed; it's been Shank's, Enzo's and GT Deli in the last few years.)

Tran will specialize in takeout at this location.
