Ai Ramen opens in the food court at Liberty Place
Ramen comes to the mall.
Ai Ramen - a quick-serve from the company behind Hai Street Kitchen and Wok Street - is less than a week old in the Shops at Liberty Place (215-398-7895). It's actually next to a Hai Street, which specializes in sushi burritos.
Like the other concepts, Ai is being positioned as the first of many locations. The parent company, Philadelphia-based Peace Dining Corp., formerly Genji, has the sushi contract for most of Whole Foods' stores nationally.
