A raw deal from Hai Street Kitchen?

The Screaming Tuna Roll combines raw, chopped yellow fin tuna mixed with kimchi, gochujang sauce and sesame oil and rolled with pickled mango, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, red onion and asparagus ($8.99).

Hai Steet Kitchen & Co. burst on the Rittenhouse scene in May, wowing crowds with nori-wrapped burritos.

Basically, they're mega-size sushi rolls filled with savory, non-fish ingredients.

This was a departure from HSK's corporate master, which owns sushi giant Genji.

But on Monday, July 28, Hai Street will add a roll with raw fish:

The Screaming Tuna Roll ($8.99) combines raw, chopped yellow fin tuna mixed with kimchi, gochujang sauce and sesame oil and rolled with pickled mango, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, red onion and asparagus.

Sushi, this is not.
