A raw deal from Hai Street Kitchen?

Hai Steet Kitchen & Co. burst on the Rittenhouse scene in May, wowing crowds with nori-wrapped burritos.

Basically, they're mega-size sushi rolls filled with savory, non-fish ingredients.

This was a departure from HSK's corporate master, which owns sushi giant Genji.

But on Monday, July 28, Hai Street will add a roll with raw fish:

The Screaming Tuna Roll ($8.99) combines raw, chopped yellow fin tuna mixed with kimchi, gochujang sauce and sesame oil and rolled with pickled mango, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, red onion and asparagus.

Sushi, this is not.
