Win Signature Restaurants, which took over the upstairs space at Maia in Villanova in July with Azie on Main (a pan-Asian concept), will take the downstairs, too.

Papers were just signed.

Concept will be American-style comfort food/bar aimed at a younger crowd: wings, pizzas, burgers, ribs.

Opening will be in spring 2010.

Name is not final.

Katie Cavuto-Boyle, the "Next Food Network Star" finalist, has a spot for her organic market/takeout:

Healthy Bites To-Go will be at 2521 Christian St. (at Grays Ferry), across from Resurrection Ale House. The spot previously was Whisk & Spoon.

Cavuto says she's planning to open in two or three months. It will be an organic market, takeout and small cafe/outdoor seating, with cooking classes and delivery and catering.

She also is planning a co-op that will give members access to organic produce.

Rembrandt's, in Fairmount for 24 years, is changing hands.

Owner Jan Zarkin is still on site for now, but he's taken on equity partners.

Among those in the new team are entrepreneurs David St. Clair and his wife, Gail, and chef Richard Calladonato.

Erin Butterworth, who general-managed the Continental in Old City, is running the front of the house.

Calladonato says they'll take it slowly. They plan to infuse new ideas and energy and serve food that "fits the neighborhood" -- without messing up what Zarkin created.

Zarkin says he wants to get into a new line of work.

What's up with 10 Rittenhouse, the luxury high-rise condo nearing completion at 18th and Sansom Streets?

The Illadelph reported this morning that its restaurant space will be at street level at the corner and also speculated about the occupant.

I can confirm that Serafina, the Manhattan Theater District Italian, is in negotiations. While developers are not talking, a rep for the restaurant noted that negotiations were ongoing. The concept would be similar to the Serafina at 55th and Broadway, whose lively, Fellini-esque atmosphere was conjured by David Rockwell.

Also in the running for the space is restaurateur Todd English, whose holdings include his Boston-area flagship Olives.

Stay tuned.

At the Barrymore Awards , Tony Danza steps onto the red carpet at the Walnut. He's teaching at Northeast High for a reality show and presented an award to Lantern Theater for its education program.

Actor Tony Danza has been shooting his reality series "Teach" at Northeast High, so I wondered for whom the Brooklyn-born Danza was rooting in the World Series.

Through his rep, he says: "I am rooting for seven games, and since I am here, the Phillies."

Air Force Sgt. Jody Johnson, who sang "God Bless America" during the Sept. 11, 2008, Phillies-Brewers game, got the honors to sing the national anthem at Sunday's Game 4 of the World Series.

Johnson, a Philadelphian who grew up in Alaska, has sung 10 times at Citizens Bank Park, usually on holidays and events recognizing military service.

She claims to be a Phillies fan, but as she told the Peninsula Clarion: "I park in the lot with a big fat Red Sox sticker on my car. Now I'm teased, how I can sing for the Phillies and support the Sox?"

Alanis Morissette will sing Monday at Game 5.

The Blue Horse, which sat for 5½ years (and a couple management changes) in the fieldstone building at the intersection of Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike and Skippack Pike in Blue Bell, has shut down.

Management has posted a goodbye note.

Next up, I hear: A branch of Domenico's in Ventnor, which impressed my colleague Craig LaBan in his spring round-up of Shore eateries. It's about a month away. Owner Nicola Domenico formerly was chef at Ventnor's Red Room Cafe

Italian worked pretty well at the location from 1988 to 2003 as Marabella's.

Watching the World Series game tonight?

The Halloween-scare stuff as Fox heads into commercial are clips from Terror Behind the Walls at Eastern State Penitentiary.

When World Series Game 3 ever starts, keep an eye out for a commercial for Stand Up to Cancer, which will feature Katie Couric, former Phillies first baseman John Kruk, actress Minka Kelly (yes, Derek Jeter's girlfriend), and Terrence Howard.

It's a “Priceless” spot featuring 20 seconds of baseball imagery followed by 10 seconds of the celebrities encouraging fans in Citizens Bank Park to Stand Up to Cancer.

It's due to air before the bottom of the second inning.

Bars have been packed for the World Series Games 1 and 2.

Now, it's a Saturday night -- Halloween -- and they'll be slammed.

Add to that mess: Tonight is the end of daylight saving time.

That means an hour's extra drinking time at Pennsylvania bars and restaurants.

Jerry Waters, head of licensing at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, told me that when the clocks go back at 2 a.m. -- the normal closing time for most -- the booze may continue to flow.

At 2 a.m. standard time, that's it.

Be careful out there.
