Pho 75 pulled out of 1022 Race St. in mid-December after four years. The next occupant will be the popular Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodle House, which has operated since 2003 out of a teensy-tiny walk-up at 927 Race St. The move should be completed in six to eight weeks. Read more
