950ESPN to revamp lineup

The sports-talker expands its morning show and retools the lineup to create an 11-hour block of local programming.

Starting March 16, sports-talk 950ESPN will retool its schedule.

In a nutshell: ESPN's Mike & Mike in the Morning adds an hour, to 10 a.m. The station then goes to an hour of the ESPN show The Herd With Colin Cowherd. Starting at 11 a.m., it puts on an 11-hour local block, sliding Jody Mac & Harry Mayes to an 11 a.m.-to-3 p.m. shift, followed by Mike Missanelli and Dan Schwartzman, and then the syndicated Tony Bruno. Odd man out is ESPN's Mike Tirico.

The new lineup:
6a-10a - Mike & Mike in the Morning
10a-11a - The Herd with Colin Cowherd
11a-3p - Jody Mac & Harry Mayes
3p-7p- Mike Missanelli
7p-10p - Dan Schwartzman
10p-1a - Tony Bruno
