Geno's Steaks will mark its 47th anniversary on Tuesday, Sept. 10 by selling cheesesteaks from noon to 2 p.m. for 50 cents each. (They're normally $9.50 per.)

Geno’s Steaks will mark its 47th anniversary on Tuesday, Sept. 10 by selling cheesesteaks from noon to 2 p.m. for 50 cents each. (They're normally $9.50 per.)*

Geno Vento, son of the late founder Joey Vento, will give out Geno’s memorabilia (T-shirts, pens, sweatshirts) in exchange for $5 donations to the Philly-based American Association for Cancer Research.

Geno's parents died of cancer.
